Distribution processes are predominantly driven by the Government Requirements and consumer expectations. High volume bulk deliveries of General Issue plates have a different distribution process to personalised plate products.

Bulk General Issue plates can either be ordered by the Government relying on their internal stock control or alternatively utilising LicenSys stock control system. The LicenSys system includes advanced analysis and replenishment of stock resulting in lower total distribution and stock costs.

The personalised plate distribution systems vary from jurisdictions that allow delivery direct to a consumer to jurisdictions that require delivery to a Government Customer Service Centre or Agent. LicenSys's Plate Management system allows for all these options and also offers the addition of secure plate return and destruction services to securely manage the total plate lifecycle.

The Plate Management System interfaces with courier and transport Companies to allow track and trace capability. We also offer a range of reports designed to specific customer requirements.
