For the sake of clarity, the foregoing sentence does not apply to any implied warranty or condition for the sale of the personalised plate as these are covered by the government approved marketer of the personalised plates.
We assume no responsibility for any technical malfunction, error, omission, interruption, deletion, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, virus, bug, tampering, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of this Site, or any injury or damage to any person’s computer related to participation or downloading of any material from this Site.
You indemnify us, our related companies, affiliates, licensors and licencees, and our respective directors, officers, employees and agents, from and against all actions, suits, claims, demands, liabilities, costs, expenses, loss and damage (including legal fees on a full indemnity basis) incurred or suffered, or likely to be incurred or suffered, by you as a direct or indirect consequence of using this Site.
